Create your merchant account and begin updating your business details.

Complete your restaurant's profile—add your services, timings, and delivery info, and update your menu.

Once your setup is complete, you're ready to accept orders and start growing your business!


 

Frequently Asked Questions

There’s a one-time setup fee of £149 + VAT, but no upfront payment is required. We make it easy for new partners by deducting small weekly instalments from your payouts until the setup fee is covered. After that, only a small commission per completed order applies — typically lower than major national platforms.

You’ll need: A valid Food Hygiene Rating Certificate, Business registration details (e.g., Company Number or VAT Number), Menu and pricing list, Bank account details for settlements Our team will review these before activating your restaurant on the platform.

Most restaurants are approved and ready to go live within 2–3 working days once documents are verified and the menu is uploaded.

Yes. A simple digital agreement is signed to confirm our partnership, commission structure, and payout terms. It’s quick and transparent — no hidden clauses.

Once your account is approved, you’ll receive login details for your Merchant Dashboard or Order Device (if provided). Our team will help you upload menus, set delivery zones, and start receiving orders.

Yes — each branch can have its own profile, menu, and delivery radius while still appearing under your main brand name on Mersey Eats.

Absolutely. Our onboarding team provides step-by-step guidance on using the dashboard, managing orders, running offers, and handling payments. Ongoing support is available 7 days a week.

Yes, you can pause orders or temporarily deactivate your restaurant anytime from your dashboard — for holidays, maintenance, or business reasons.
